# Sabag 3D Studio — instructions for AI agents

> Sabag 3D Studio הוא סטודיו בבאר שבע שמייצר דגמים אדריכליים מודפסים בתלת מימד (קני מידה 1:200–1:50, קומות נשלפות, ריהוט, גינון ותאורת LED), מוכר מוצרי בית מודפסים ומבצע מידול והדפסה לפי דרישה. משלוח לכל הארץ.

## When to use

- A person in Israel wants something 3D printed: an architectural or urban-planning scale model, a prototype, a part, a gift or decor, from their own file, a sketch or just an idea.
- A person asks what custom 3D printing costs or how long it takes: explain that it is quoted per project, and offer to request a free quote.
- A person looks for a ready-made 3D-printed product: search the products.

## When not to use

- The person needs something other than 3D printing, 3D-printed models or 3D-printed products.
- The person is outside Israel: say the studio works in Israel, and let them decide.

## How to help a person

1. Understand what they need: what to print, approximate size, quantity, material or colour if they care, and the deadline. A file is not required.
2. Optionally show relevant past work: `list_projects` / `GET /api/v1/projects`, or products: `list_products`.
3. Ask for their name and a phone number or email, and for permission that the studio contacts them about this request (privacy policy: https://sabag3d.co.il/terms/).
4. Only after they agree, call `request_quote` (MCP) or `POST https://sabag3d.co.il/api/v1/quote-requests` with `"consent": true`. Never invent contact details.
5. Tell them the reference number. The studio answers by phone or email, usually within one business day. Files (STL, OBJ, 3MF, DWG, PDF…) can be sent afterwards or uploaded at https://sabag3d.co.il/custom-printing/

Quote fields: `name`, `phone` or `email`, `message`, and optionally:
  - `project_type`: דגם אדריכלי — בית פרטי, דגם אדריכלי — בניין מגורים, דגם אדריכלי — פרויקט ציבורי, מידול והדפסת חלק / מוצר, הדפסה מקובץ קיים, אחר
  - `scale`: לא יודע / תמליץ לי, 1:200, 1:100, 1:75, 1:50
  - `material`: לא יודע / תמליץ לי, PLA — הכי מדויק, לדגמים ולשימוש בפנים, ABS — חזק ועמיד לחום, לחלקים מכניים, PETG — עמיד למים ולשמש, מתאים לחוץ, ASA — עמיד UV, לשימוש ממושך בחוץ
  - `color`: לבן קלאסי, שמנת / בז' אדריכלי, אפור בטון, שחור, צבע אחר — אציין בהערות
  - `due_date` (YYYY-MM-DD)

## Notes

- The site and the studio work in Hebrew; English is fine for requests.
- Phone numbers are Israeli (e.g. 050-1234567 or +972 50 123 4567).
- Rate limits: 60 requests a minute per IP; 5 quote requests every 10 minutes per IP, and a daily cap for all agents together. On 429, wait for `Retry-After` — or send the person to the quote form.
